Initiate your return

Go to Account → Orders within 30 days of delivery. Select the item you want to return and choose a reason.

Print your label

We'll generate a prepaid return label. Print it and attach it securely to your package.

Drop off the package

Drop it off at any authorised courier point. Keep your receipt as proof of postage.

Refund issued

Once we receive and inspect the item (usually 1–2 business days), your refund is processed within 3–5 business days.
